There has been plenty of buzz throughout the DMV surrounding Giovani Hamlet’s long-term potential, and his play at the 2026 CP3 Rising Stars National Camp provided a good look at why. Hamlet displayed an advanced scoring package, finding production from multiple areas of the floor and rarely relying on one way to create offense. What made him particularly effective was his ability to read how defenders played him and adjust his approach accordingly. Whether creating off the dribble, attacking available space, or finding openings away from the ball, Hamlet consistently found ways to put the ball in the basket.
