About Roshan
Expert Analysis
Kyle Sandy | Prep Hoops Scout
Krishnamurthy is a wiry, confident perimeter shooter with legitimate range and a smooth release. Lean but strong, he punishes defenders who lose him off the ball and is comfortable shooting off the catch. When run off the line, he shows touch with floaters and the ability to get into the body of defenders to draw fouls. His length gives him an edge on the defensive end, where he competes and uses his reach to contest shots and disrupt passing lanes. Roshan’s shooting gravity combined with his defensive effort makes him a valuable two-way perimeter piece.

With the game hanging in the balance, Roshan came up clutch in the fourth quarter to help propel Brookwood past Hebron Christian 70-61. Krishnamurthy scored 11 of his 17 points in the final frame to pair with his 5 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal. It was my first time watching Roshan and I came away impressed. He’s a long, lean guard with some cut to his frame. Roshan is quickly identified as a shooter but in the fourth quarter he diversified his game with a floater and got to the line to shoot 3-6. Krishnamurthy drilled four threes on the day. His floor spacing is a huge part of Brookwood’s talented 2027 class.
