Berglund earned a varsity roster spot inside a Bowie program that carried experienced perimeter depth and won at a strong rate. That environment should help accelerate his understanding of spacing, defensive positioning, and how to contribute without requiring designed touches. At 6’4″, his best long-term role may be as a complementary wing who cuts behind ball watching, runs the floor, and attacks tilted defenses. Defensively, he will need to show that he can sit down against quicker guards while still using his frame against bigger wings. Becoming a dependable corner shooter would make his size and off-ball activity substantially easier to keep on the floor.
