Weidner proved to be a reliable scoring threat thanks to his ability to shoot efficiently from multiple levels. Weidner is a super-shifty guard who loves getting downhill and beating you in transition. He plays with great speed and can keep the ball on a string as he slices through the defense. The quick point guard has a lightning-fast first step, allowing him to blow by defenders, opening up looks for himself and his teammates. Weidner has a soft touch around the rim and loves to use his floater to beat the defense.
