Expert Analysis
Ari Rosenfeld | Prep Hoops Scout
A key piece to the rotation since his freshman year at nearby Trinity, Brown has had no issue hitting the ground running since transferring to Harrisburg for his senior season. The southpaw averages nearly 17 points per game as a dynamic microwave scoring option from the backcourt. He shows polished mechanics and deep range as a pullup shooter with craftiness off the bounce to work to his spots as a multi-level scorer. Brown can be limited at times as a playmaker for others but his scoring and shooting ability is clearly potent enough to draw attention at the D2 or D3 level.

After being a fixture in the Trinity lineup since his freshman year, Brown looks ready to thrive right away in his new surroundings at Harrisburg. Known to score in bunches, the southpaw is a potent three-level option with a dangerous a pull-up stroke as you’ll find in the Mid Penn Conference. He compliments his shooting with a compact game of the dribble and is a skilled finisher around the basket. If he shows he can leverage his scoring ability into opportunities for others, he should have no issue garnering scholarship-level recruitment throughout the winter.

Brown who is in his 3rd year at Trinity provides a great spark with his microwave scoring. He can really turn it own when he is feeling it. He is very smooth when he has the ball in his hands. He isn’t the speediest but if you hesitate he will blow by you. Brown was able to set his teammates up for success on the offensive end frequently.
