A late addition to the event, Byas ended up being one of the top overall performers. The 6-foot-6 swingman did damage both inside and out, using his lanky body and athleticism to create off the dribble and either finish at the rim or sink off-balance jumpers. Looked smooth on the catch-and-shoot, especially from the corners. Contributed heavily on the boards and as a weak-side shot-blocking threat.

Prep Hoops Lead Scout

A late addition to the Expo, Byas was for sure a good one. Using his length and athletic 6-foot-6 frame, the Rosemary Anderson senior made his presence felt on both ends of the floor and was seemingly always around the basketball. He was aggressive attacking the hoop and getting buckets around the hoop, but also showed a great touch on his shot, especially from the corners. With some added strength, his ceiling is high.
