Bell at 6’7 immediately stands out because of his physical profile, but his value comes from what he can do with it. His length and athleticism allow him to cover ground defensively and play above the rim offensively, while his activity gives him opportunities to influence possessions away from the ball. As his offensive skill set continues to develop, his physical tools give him a high-level foundation to build around.

Bell is the most explosive kid in his class by a mile. From rejecting shots off the glass to flying coast-to-coast and dunking with force, he’s simply the most athletic 7th grader I’ve ever evaluated. He even threw a self-lob in the middle of a game and possesses the quickest second jump I’ve witnessed.
