Ayivor has been the straw that stirs the drink for AACS the past couple of years and as a senior, that sentiment will be even more true. He’s a quick-twitch lead guard that thrives from the point of attack getting to the cup. He’s able to finish with craft to avoid the arms of opposing shot-blockers, can use high-arching floaters in the middle of the paint and has shown progression with his shooting off the bounce. This was the case, once again, over the weekend and looking ahead to this winter in the MIAA B Conference, there will be plenty of intriguing backcourt matchups as teams try and throw the kitchen sink to contain Ayivor.
