He’s a quick guard who can get to the cup and score from each level, thanks to his crafty knack for finding gaps in the defense. Howe is a kid who burst on the scene as an all-league player last winter, and has looked even more dangerous in the early part of this season. He has great burst, plays off two feet, gets constant penetration and paint touches, and although he’s just 5-foot-11, he goes right at defenders at the rim. He’s a kid we want to get more eyes on this season, and could continue to rise in his senior season.
