A raw but explosive athlete with exceptional bounce, long arms, and soft touch around the rim. He’s a versatile offensive threat, using polished footwork to score from multiple areas of the floor. Defensively, he reads passing lanes well and has the lateral quickness to stay in front of his matchup.

Playing in the 17U division during July, Nwobi showed the ability to be a productive three level scorer against older competition. The combo forward has good positional size and length and is especially effective getting downhill off the dribble and attacking the rim. He can also create space for his midrange jumper, adding another dimension to his offensive game. Nwobi plays with a high motor and brings consistent activity on the defensive end, giving him plenty of upside as his overall game continues to develop.
