The versatile senior off-guard impacted the game on both ends of the floor. He’s a high IQ physical guard that has a knack for making the right play. Usually not a three-point threat, Sutherlin knocked down two 3’s with confidence off the catch. He showed a clean, on balance stroke from the perimeter. He’s a capable driver in the lane that scores at a high clip around the rim as well as showcasing nice court vision leading to buckets for teammates. He’s a switchable defender that guarded all five positions that was also a big time rebounder.
