Parke Heritage will enter this coming season as one of the favorites to cut down the nets in Class 2A. They return a ton, once again, and have depth pieces like Smith in the front court that look to be ready to contribute some. The 6’6″ center moves very well for his size. He is an effective rim-runner, is active on the glass, and is capable of rebounding his area. Smith was a key piece for Indiana Jammers 15u on the UA Rise Circuit this spring and summer holding his own against some very good competition. As Smith continues to get stronger and expand his offensive skill set he will become a very intriguing prospect.

Coach Schelsky has a good thing going right now over at Parke Heritage. He returns everything from a team that was one game away from making it to Gainbridge Fieldhouse last season and a large portion of his core is still younger guys. Smith, a 6’6″ center, will be one to add to that group of young talent now. He has as soft touch inside, impressive length to rebound and disrupt things defensively, and a motor to outwork opponents in the paint. Smith is a high-upside prospect to keep an eye on over at Parke Heritage.
