Jess is a guard with good shooting touch who was able to convert from different levels. Looks like a solid option from 3-point range and also dropped in a few short to midrange turnarounds. Was also able to float a couple of high finishes in close over defenders, and chipped in some offensive boards with well-timed crashes from the perimeter.
