Expert Analysis
Tom Keller | Prep Hoops Scout
Rooney is a legitimate threat from beyond the three-point line, showcasing nice touch from deep and making opposing defenses pay when left open. He plays with an assertive motor and consistently finds ways to make hustle plays that benefit his team. I like his versatility and ability to play either guard spot, giving his team added flexibility in the backcourt.
