Tolley is over at Jordan and he is looking good. He has good size as a lead guard and he is another small school talent. His first step is quick and he can get going down hill in a hurry. The thing I also like about his game is that he can hit the breaks and have the balance for a pull-up midrange jumper. He has a solid catch and shoot jumper from beyond the arc and he is a just a tuff kid. He is going to be a small school steal.

Tolley has all the skills on the floor to make an impact as a guard that can create for himself and others. He has a little bit of wiggle in his game. He shoots the ball well and he is a change of pace when he is on the floor as he has different gears that he can hit when he is out there.

I really like what I saw from Tolley as he is a kid that has a lot of spots he can go to in order to get a bucket. Impressive off the bounce as he can stop on a dime and rise up and he has excellent lift on his midrange. He is crafty around the rim finishing in different areas and if that floater is something he can pull he is going to score a lot of points because he doesn’t always have to get to the rim to score.

Tolley had a solid showing last season and he is a player on the rise. He is quick and has that next level burst that can get him separation from defenders. Could see him really catching the eyes of those NWAC schools that really like these Utah players that can hit the ground running and help play right away.
