Positional length, consistency, and three-level scoring are three things that come to mind when thinking of Smythe’s game and his profile. Smythe is a 6’3” point guard with long arms and a smooth offensive game that he’s shown off consistently from game-to-game in his Senior campaign. I don’t like to throw around the three-level scoring attribute loosely, but Smythe certainly fits the bill in that category. Let’s let his game speak for itself in this Hudl highlight.

I think Smythe breaks-out in a big way in his Senior season for Tea Area. He’s with Hoop City South Dakota this offseason, so he’s off to a great start in improving for a major Senior campaign. Tea Area graduates a high-volume scorer in Almas as well. Smythe is a point guard with good size and length, that college coaches covet.

20 points in the Region 4A win vs Canton. He really came on this year and showed to be a capable overall prospect. Has some length to him at the point guard spot.
