One of the top returning scorers in the area after averaging more than 16 points per game last season, Cobarris is a quick, left handed guard with good ball handling ability and a scorer’s mentality. He is a capable shot maker from beyond the arc, is very effective creating his own offense off the dribble and is a creative finisher in the paint. College programs in search of additional backcourt scoring should take a closer look at Cobarris this season.

Cobarris is a quick, shifty left-handed lead guard who is difficult for defenders to contain off the dribble. He has an impressive command of the basketball and consistently uses his quickness and changes of direction to get into the paint and put pressure on the defense. Cobarris is a capable perimeter shot maker with range beyond the arc and a creative finisher around the basket. He also competes on the defensive end, where he is a willing and active on ball defender.

VunCannon’s teammate with Florida Blaze, Cobarris is a speedy, left handed lead guard who can be both a scorer and a distributor. He can finish in the paint and is difficult for defenders to stay in front of. The point guard pushes the pace and is an effective on-ball defender who is capable of turning defense into offense.

Cobarris continues to prove that production outweighs measurements. The 5-11 guard attacks defenses with confidence, keeps the offense organized, and consistently creates scoring opportunities. After averaging 16.7 points per game during his junior season, he’s carrying that momentum into the offseason while showing reliable playmaking instincts.
