Amrhein does a nice job breaking the game down in the half-court and consistently makes sound decisions with the ball in his hands. He uses ball screens effectively to create separation from defenders and put himself in advantageous positions offensively. Amrhein is a threat from beyond the arc, as he has the ability to knock down perimeter shots and make defenses pay when given space. He provided valuable scoring depth for his team throughout the weekend, finding ways to contribute within the flow of the offense. Amrhein also looked comfortable pushing the pace in transition, running the break with confidence and creating opportunities before the defense could get set. His blend of shot-making, feel for the game, and ability to operate in both the half-court and open floor makes him a productive offensive weapon.
