Maybe the MVP of team 6, Stowers came down from Orrville and made a name for himself. Stowers was getting downhill when he wanted with the ball in his hands, as the defense found it very difficult to stay in front of him at the point of attack. Stowers was making nice moves in isolation and shooting a high percentage when he got to the paint. Stowers also played some tough on ball defense, making it hard for opposing guards to get around him. I’d expect Stowers to make an immediate impact at the varsity level for Orrville this winter.
