Kelly is an athletic, intuitive wing who has shown some real ability defensively with his reflexes and anticipation. His length has given smaller guards problems on the perimeter, and he’s also shown some ability to hit key passes offensively. He’s another guy who has a lot of tools but will need to show some more consistency to knock down open shots.

Kelly’s a long wing who shows a ton of potential on both ends. He’s got the length to swarm ballhandlers on the perimeter, can take some gambles with his wingspan to poke at the ball, and has shown great ability to recover after getting beat or taking those chances to swipe at the ball. He’s shown some real fluidity attacking off the catch and slipping through gaps to the rim with his long strides, and is just a kid who can affect the game in a lot of areas with his unselfishness offensively and his instincts to attack the ball defensively and on the glass.
