He’s a 6’2” PG that showed tons of confidence vs BTY. Started the game by burying a pair of 3’s. Then showed aggression attacking the rim for a contested left-handed layup and a couple of drawn fouls. Converting almost all his chances from the free throw line in response. Defense stepped up as the game went on. Lengthy prospect forced lots of pick-ups as an on-ball defender. Also drew a foul in transition after picking up a steal.

Cassell put up some big offensive numbers throughout the weekend for the Fort Wayne Believers 2026 squad which included a 19-point performance in a win on Sunday morning against Kentuckiana Hoops . The 6’2″ guard from Heritage High School is a consistent, aggressive driver that showed his ability to finish against size and through contact.
