Lance Shelton is the imposing center for Kingdom Hoops 16U as he was the primary defender of the paint during the Lonestar State Showdown weekend. I was particularly impressed by his physicality in the post, where he effectively battled for advantages on both ends of the court. Offensively, Shelton prefers to position himself deep in the post to receive the ball and capitalize on scoring opportunities in that area. Defensively, he maintains his ground through contact in the post, utilizing his frame to protect the paint.
