Bauer is a capable scorer who does a nice job getting to his spots off the dribble and creating opportunities for himself in the half-court. He showed soft touch around the basket and the ability to finish through contact when attacking the paint. Bauer also runs the floor well, filling the lanes in transition and converting easy scoring chances in the open court. When he gets into a rhythm offensively, he can be difficult to contain, as he has the confidence and skill set to score in bunches. Continued development of his ball-handling will help elevate his game even further and make him an even more dangerous offensive threat.
