Kaycee is a point guard’s worst nightmare. He was an absolute pest on the defensive end, and it was that ball pressure that helped spark his team’s comeback win against All Wisconsin. It seemed like every one or two minutes Kaycee was forcing a turnover leading to a transition bucket for his team. He’s just so quick laterally, and never seems to run out of energy which allows him to apply constant pressure to the ball, while fighting to get over screens. Just willed his team to a win in one of the most exciting games of the weekend.

Guzman averaged 16.5 points per game while leading his United Hoops 2025 squad to a 3-1 weekend at the Prep Hoops Grit Region Kick Off. The strong 5’10” guard consistently played through contact off of the dribble, got to his spots in the paint, and finished both at the rim and in the intermediate range. His strength off of the dribble at his size was impressive. Guzman’s 23 points in a win over Kentucky Future Elite White on Saturday afternoon solidified his spot on the All-Tournament First Team.

A solidly built 5’10” guard, Guzman displayed excellent two-way ability from the point guard position. He first stood out with his defensive intensity while creating multiple turnovers early in the game, but then Guzman went on to get to the rim consistently off of the dribble where he proved himself as a creative finisher. He finished with 16 points as United Hoops got on the board with an easy 84-61 win to begin the weekend.
