Grice showcased his talents running with Wisconsin Playground Club in the summer months. He returns to the runner up division 2 powerhouse in Nicolet. Grice pushed the pace a great deal for Team 5. He filled the lanes and displayed his quickness from baseline to baseline. The 5’11 guard held his own defensively and even turned over a few opponents. I was very impressed with his decision making in transition.

Earlier in the summer he found himself as a leading scorer in the “Prep Hoops Cream City Collision” event. Remember the name as he will return to the highly competitive Nicolet program in the coming season.

Grice, a promising prospect from Nicolet High School in the Milwaukee area of Wisconsin, is a slippery guard who can beat defenders off the dribble and get to the rim. He showcased his ability to make acrobatic layups with mid-air adjustments. On defense, Grice is quick and aggressive, capable of disrupting opposing ball-handlers. Showed a skillful array of moves when driving, and demonstrated a smooth spin move to create open jumpers.
