Justin Lawrence | Bama Magic

Justin Lawrence is a lightning-quick lead guard who puts constant pressure on defenses with his elite speed and explosiveness. Few guards impact transition defense the way Lawrence does, attacking end to end with relentless pace. His explosive first step consistently forces defenses to collapse and rotate. In ball screen situations, his speed keeps bigs occupied, opening up opportunities for teammates. Lawrence is a good pocket passer who also shows touch with a polished floater game in the lane. Offensively, he can get hot in a hurry and change the momentum of a game quickly. Defensively, Lawrence competes with a fearless motor, applying pressure as a point-of-attack defender with active hands and nonstop energy.
