The dual sport athlete from Southwest Edgecombe has been one of the more consistent guys in the area since stepping foot on a varsity basketball floor. He’s coming off a sear where he averaged 11pts 7rebs and just under 4 blocks per game. He plays with tons of a versatility to his game and can score from all three levels whether with the ball in his hands or from the catch and score situations.

We saw Bridgers play with the ball in his hands a lot more than what we are used to and he excelled in that role. He hit the midrange pullup at a very high rate and hand one of the plays of the weekend with a 9am headtap in bracket play. The two sport athlete is one of the better all around athletes in the area and showed it during the event.

One of the most athletic guys in the gym over the weekend consistently made plays that brought the fans to their feet. Whether it was blocking a shot or finishing well over the rim for a game changing dunk, Bridgers knows how to impact the game with his athletic tools. This June and July I expect a share of college coaches to reach out to Bridgers.

Changing up squads this time around the athletic forward, from Southwest Onslow, will be running with Team Trezz . During the high school season, he showed flashes of being able to create his own shot and doing his due diligence on the boards and on the defensive side of the floor. With the other pieces around him this grassroots season I expect a nice leap forward for Bridgers.

Bridgers is an athletic wing prospect who’s shown quite the upside for Warriors Life Elite , especially on the interior. He’s shown he can attack the basket with purpose given his ability to finish with authority and clean up missed shots off rebounds. As he shows off more of his offensive tools, he’ll be one to keep eyes on at Southwest Edgecombe.
