About Julian

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Lifelong basketball player and lead guard with a leader’s mindset. I model my game after players like Stephen Curry and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, focusing on scoring versatility, playmaking, and control of the game. I take pride in setting the tone, making winning decisions, and staying locked in on both ends of the floor while continuing to develop my all around skill set.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I approach the game with a calm, confident, and leader first mentality. I stay locked in every possession, play with control and patience, and take pride in making winning decisions on both ends of the floor. I compete with a composed, calculated style while still being aggressive when it’s time to take over and impact the game.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I’m not currently involved in any school clubs, but I’m focused on basketball and continuing to develop my game and leadership on the court.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Skills i’ve developed is being a shifty guard who can create my own shot, knock down shots at a high level, and finish well around the rim. I’m also a strong on court leader who communicates consistently, keeps my team organized, and brings energy and composure in key moments.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I’ve dealt with setbacks like injuries and tough losses, but I’ve used them as motivation to come back stronger. I stay committed to putting in consistent work in the gym and constantly improving my game, always striving to be better than others my age through discipline and effort.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking to compete at the highest level, because I play the game with full intensity and there’s no point in doing it if I’m not going 100%. I want a college program that challenges me, pushes my development, and gives me the opportunity to compete against the best while contributing to winning at a high level on and off the court.
