About Julian

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Defense first guard who takes pride in guarding the other team’s best player. True point guard who handles it, reads the defense, and plays off what’s there. Strong getting downhill, can finish or find the open man, and has a solid three when left open. Quick, strong, and impacts both ends.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Quiet, serious competitor who lets his game speak. Not a talker, but brings steady energy. Composed through mistakes and very coachable, looks for feedback and takes accountability. Always in the gym and competes the right way.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Not yet, but the goal is to pick this up going into the summer.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Leads by example and sets the tone with effort. Unselfish teammate who makes the right reads. Coachable and takes accountability. Completed a varsity-level leadership program through Willow Canyon High School focused on leading on and off the court.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Being undersized has been a challenge, having to earn everything on the court. It’s pushed a focus on defense, toughness, and playing the right way. Competes every possession, stays composed, and finds ways to impact the game without relying on size.

What type of college are you looking for?

Looking for a program that values development, accountability, and playing the right way. Somewhere that pushes growth on and off the court, with a strong team culture and coaches who are invested in their players. Open to any level, focused on the right fit and opportunity to compete and get better.
