Sherwood does a ton of damage on the interior and is at his best operating around the basket. He plays effectively below the rim and uses his size and physicality to create scoring opportunities inside. Sherwood also shows flashes of athleticism from the dunker spot, giving him another avenue to impact the game. He is still somewhat raw, but the tools and potential are there for him to continue developing into a productive interior presence.

Sherwood is a wide-bodied, space-eating big man whose sheer size takes up a ton of area down low. I like how aggressive he is on the boards and the way he consistently plays with an active motor. He shows flashes of being able to score on the interior and has the tools to become a more consistent offensive presence. Sherwood is a tad raw, but he has some untapped potential as a player. He is also a brick-wall screener in the half-court who can help create opportunities for his teammates.
