Large is a lot like recent Boyd County superstar Jacob Spurlock. He is in range to shoot a 3 once he gets out of his car in the parking lot. Josiah needs to continue to work on the other parts of his game but his shooting can impact his team’s chances of winning just because not many in this class can stretch the floor as well as Josiah. If Large can be a consistent defender and rebounder, he will check a lot of boxes on that end of the floor and could possibly be one of the top freshmen in the 16th region this season.

Large is an “in the gym range” shooter who has the potential to put up a lot of points this year for the Musketeers. Josiah is comfortable pulling up from beyond the college three point line. If he can improve his defensive game, Large can be one of the best players in the region in the not too distant future. He has all the potential to be an immediate impact player for Greenup this winter.
