He has had a terrific summer, and many believe that this is the year that he will move from being one of the most underrated prospects to one of the most respected.

I have covered Joe for several years, and he has emerged as one of the toughest defenders in the state. I, along with others, believe that he is the best on-ball defender, regardless of class. He is a two-way player who is a savage on defense and does a good job scoring and facilitating on the offensive end of the floor. The Panthers will go as Joe goes this year, and there really isn’t any other way to put it.
