Jones does a nice job attacking the bucket in the half-court and consistently puts pressure on the defense. He is active on the glass and does a nice job crashing the boards to create second-chance scoring opportunities. Jones can also knock down shots from three when playing off the basketball, adding another layer to his offensive game. Inside the paint, he plays off two feet and shows good patience when working to find scoring opportunities.

Jones thrived as a set-up man getting his teammates the ball in all the right spots for them to convert on scoring chances. He can also play off the ball and is a threat to knock down shoots from deep. On defense he was in good spots to get steals. Jones is looking the build off a solid sophomore campaign.

Jones is a guard who can play on or off the basketball. He does a nice job breaking down the game off the bounce and can find others for scoring chances. He doesn’t get sped up and lets the game come to him. Jones is able to get paint touches on the attack which allows defenses to collapse onto him and frees up space for his teammates to scoring chances.
