Ware’s fluid athleticism and competitiveness are evident from the git go. I caught the 17U Midwest Hoops team compete in their evening game on Saturday and the squad that’s made up of Southern Illinois and Missouri prospects possesses a lot of enthusiasm and energy. Ware fits that mold as a 2 man that likes to get it and be in the thick of the play. He runs the floor with speed and pace while showing touch around the basket and also having the ability to play above the rim. He converted on one of the most emphatic dunks I had seen this Summer and Spring over a defender. He also flashed glances of using quick hands defensively to help orchestrate turnovers. His high activity level and passion for the game will help a team make winning plays.
