A Michigan native, West made the long trip down to Ohio and made a nice impact for his team, making the trip worth it. West had some scrappy fights for rebounds and had quick hands for loose balls. As a finisher at the rim, West put impressive spin on the ball and had some nice acrobatic layups at the rim past taller defenders. A heart over height prospect, West is a name to watch if he’s able to add some height and weight to his frame over the next few years in Michigan as he flat out loves to compete.

West could draw some eyes to his game at the Michigan Freshman Showcase. He can get downhill with the ball and work in and through traffic. West can finish at the rim through a defender with touch and a low front shoulder.

Jeremiah stands out with his ability to finish through contact and stay composed around the rim. He uses his body well to shield defenders and create clean angles. His touch in traffic makes him a reliable scoring option inside.
