The 6’4″ sophomore brings size and athleticism to his Gators squad. He is a strong kid who can guard multiple positions and is a tremendous rebounder on both ends of the floor. He’s a vocal player who is always hustling and communicating with his teammates. Oliveras has the strength and ability to bang down low and finish with contact, but can also knock down the open three when needed. He should play a major role for Island Coast this season and end up being one of their top performers.

This strong bodied prospect really impressed me at the Sophomore ID camp last month. Oliveras has great size at 6’3″ and also has great strength for his age, which allow him to guard multiple positions on defense. He is an above-average rebounder on both ends of the floor, and is a solid all-around 2-way player. He is very vocal on the court and a great communicator. He has a smooth stroke from the outside, but also has the ability to bang down low and score in the paint. Oliveras has a lot of upside, so keep an eye on this kid as he continues to progress and mature as a player.
