Murchison is another confident and skilled lead guard on this Team Loaded South 3SSB 15u team that has been been super solid for this group throughout the spring portion of the travel ball season. For the live period weekend, Murchison averaged 16.5 Points, 3.8 Rebounds, 0.5 Assists, and 2.8 Assists per game. Murchison took it upon himself to be a primary scorer for this group in this loaded backcourt and it was really impressive to see him take this initiative and run with it. He had a huge 22 Point and 5 Steal performance in a dominant win vs 7 Days Basketball and it should be a sign of things to come for Murchison. Look out for him in this increasingly stacked 2029 class.

Jeremiah led his team in scoring with 19.5 PPG. A very smooth combo guard with speed and athleticism. Attacks the rim with force and consistently puts pressure on the defense. Showed a solid mid-range pull-up game and was effective creating off the dribble. Plays aggressive on-ball defense and competes hard on every possession. Impacts the game on both ends of the floor with his energy, toughness, and ability to score in multiple ways.

Murchison is now a member of the 2029 class and looking the part early on with this Team Loaded 3SSB 15u group. Murchison is a dynamic guard with the ball in his hands, possessing the ability to touch the paint and make plays at a high rate of consistency. Murchison’s quick feet defensively allow him to provide legit resistance to the opposition on that end of the floor. Murchison brought a ton of energy for Team Loaded in both of their games despite falling a little short to some really high level teams. He’s a constant presence at both ends of the floor as he’s got a great motor that allows him to be a consistently productive backcourt piece for this group.

Murchison is a really talented lead guard with a ton of ability that is running with Team Loaded South 3SSB 15u and he helped his team capture a championship at The Big Shots Rise Tip Off. Murchison is a really skilled guard with quick twitch ability and a natural instinct with the ball in his hands to flat out carve defenses up off the dribble. He averaged 18 PPG on the weekend as he helped lead his team to the championship. A member of the class of 2029, Murchison is tracking as one of the top guards in NC in that class and is looking to stack weekends like this to build momentum in this 15u summer. Playing with KSR Christian this past season allowed Murchison to play against older guys and a higher level of competition than most public schools, making him extremely battle tested for a 2029 kid. As he continues to refine his game and stack big weekends, I fully expect Murchison to start garnering next level attention in due time.

From playing sparingly at his previous school to becoming one of the better scorers in the state, he’s averaging over 20 Points a night for KSR. He excels when playing in an up-tempo offense and understands how to get into the gaps of the defense to make plays.

He didn’t have his usual big time scoring game for KSR but he still made a nice impact on the game with his ability to make plays as a slasher. We appreciate the fact that he didn’t force plays and made the correct play for the most part.

As far as players that are scoring the ball at a high level in the past few weeks, you won’t find many that have been as productive as this young man. He has been on an absolute scoring tear which included a 45 Point showing against TCS, which is a new MLK Dream Jam record.

Since transferring over to KSR and reclassifying to the 2029 class, he has put together the type of numbers and performances that we were expecting from him. He’s leading his team in scoring, averaging 13 PPG while shooting over 60% from the field.

Scored the ball at a very high level for his team in their matchup with Laney HS. He knocked down some shots from three-point land, midrange and got to the paint to finish plays at the rim.

Martinson is a very talented young player that should continue to have a positive impact on this group with his ability to create offense for himself and others with his quickness off the bounce. He recently reclassed to 2029 and should continue to garner up steam in his recruitment as the big performances pile up throughout the season.
