Expert Analysis
Tom Keller | Prep Hoops Scout
Blanton does a nice job finding ways to penetrate the paint in the half court, using an effective floater to finish when driving lanes become crowded. He also shows good creativity with shot fakes, keeping defenders off balance and opening up scoring opportunities. Continued development of his strength should help him handle physical play more effectively. Blanton has a chance to be one of the top returning guards in the Philadelphia Public League this season.
