Expert Analysis
Tony Roe | Prep Hoops Scout
Leach started 21 games for the Comets as a junior, but was usually the fourth or fifth option when he was on the floor. An athletic 6-2 forward who can run the floor, shoot it comfortably out to about 15 feet, and pound the glass on both ends of the floor, he’ll step into a much larger role in his senior year following the graduations of their top four scorers. Look for Leach to emerge as one of the best players in the River Valley Conference this winter.

Read EvaluationTony Roe | Prep Hoops Scout
Leach is an undersized but athletic and physical forward who finishes well at the rim, runs the floor hard, and is a talented playmaker and passer out of the high-post area. He averaged 6.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 2.6 steals per game as a junior, largely coming off the bench for the Comets to provide a spark on both ends of the floor.
