Expert Analysis
Tom Keller | Prep Hoops Scout
Watkins found different ways to leave a positive impact on the game with his versatility. He connected on a handful of shots from behind the arc and showed that he can stretch the floor as a perimeter threat. Watkins also displayed the ability to put the ball on the deck, with his quick first step allowing him to get by defenders and get downhill. I like how he is able to play either guard spot, giving him added versatility and value in the backcourt.
