King can play on or off the basketball. He is a viable threat as an off-ball slasher. King has great timing and uses his athleticism and quickness to his advantage on the offensive end. I like how he is in good spots to get steals. King is a threat to play around the rim.

The number two prospect in West Virginia’s 2027 class, King was getting busy attacking off the dribble on Saturday afternoon. With a good first step and the ability to attack going both directions, King was tough to keep out of the paint. Combine that with creative finishes at the rim like euro-steps, jab steps from a triple threat and jump-stops and King was efficient once he got to the rim. King also drew a handful of fouls at the rim, getting to the foul line often. A name to track from West Virginia’s 2027 class.

King is a dazzling prospect with a high-level skill-set. The lengthy lefty has a great pull-up jumper and his finishing skills around the rim are absolutely off the charts for a 2027 prospect. We would project him as a Division I prospect considering his current size and skill-set.
