The physical finisher elevates well on drives, with power to match his hops. When he gets a run way, he will punch it home with ease. Along with his finishing accolades, Colbert was money at the free throw line in a close contest on Sunday morning. While down one, he drew a foul on one of his quick drives. He drained both free throws in the closing minute. Then was the player who was fouled and hit another pair to ice away the game. It was a good showing for a player who will add to the highlight reels for an athletic and talented Tulsa Memorial squad this winter.

Colbert stoodout in a couple of games for his non stop motor. He often flew around on both ends of the court with his hair on fire. Which allows him to be a tone setting, havoc causer on defense, and with a solid burst can really get down hill. There was a lot of promise, with big time acrobatic finish late in the first half of a Saturday contest. Because he needs more wiggle and fluidity to his movements, as right now he’s more of a straight line driver. With more variation to his game, he would become a better finisher around the rim, as he would be more capable of avoiding contact.
