Ross brings a toughness to the floor as a 3-sport athlete for the Skyhawks. Jackson plays for his father Head Coach David Ross on the hardwood. Jackson does a little bit of everything on the hardwood. He will play in the post if needed, defend multiple positions. He’s a great system guy for this Skyhawks team. Jackson also plays football and soccer at Hammond.

Jackson had an important role in Upward Stars 15U’s overtime win over Team Huncho. He is a wing who can make an impact on both ends of the floor, playing strong defense and knocking down corner and above-the-break threes. Additionally, Ross will step up to make hustle plays by fighting for long rebounds and drawing charges. Although he will often come off the bench for the Stars, he played crucial minutes in crunch time on Sunday Morning due to his excellent performance.

Ross helped his squad to a SCISA Class 4A Quarterfinals win over Porter Gaud yesterday. Jackson scored 13 points in the victory. Ross plays for his father Head Coach David Ross on this Skyhawks roster. He was able to connect on some perimeter jumpers behind the 3-point line. Jackson always seemed to be in the right place to make a play and showed good shooting mechanics here today.
