Carter is a quick point guard who runs the show with a lot of confidence. A High IQ point guard that competes on every possession and makes a ton of small winning plays throughout the course of a game. I was most impressed with his ability to have awareness of defenses collapsing on him in the lane. He landed on two and found shooters at a high level. Also sensed pressure coming and early pitched for offensive advantages. Along with his high level passing ability he can score it on his own as well. A true long ball threat when given space and a nightmare for defenses in the open floor with the ball.
