Bare is a marksman from beyond the arc with polished shooting mechanics and a smooth, repeatable release. When his feet are set, he is a serious threat to make defenses pay from deep, forcing opponents to stay attached to him on the perimeter. While his shooting is his calling card, Bare also showed the ability to put the ball on the deck and make plays off the bounce when defenders closed out too aggressively. He consistently positioned himself well on the floor to come up with rebounds, displaying good instincts and awareness. Defensively, Bare does a nice job jumping passing lanes, using his anticipation to generate steals and quickly turn them into easy points in transition. His combination of shooting, feel for the game, and ability to create offense from defense makes him a valuable two-way contributor.

The long and well-builtBare is classified as a small forward. However, if you watch Bare for an extended period, it is easy to that his skill set is best described as that of a lethal three-point shooting wing prospect. Bare can drain spot ups all day, is effective working off pick-n-pop action and is a threat to splash threes on the secondary break. In addition to popping triples, Bare will crash the offensive glass for put backs and score via dives to the cup. This past winter Bare rained in 5 threes on his way to a season high 19 points versus Lancaster Catholic.
