Expert Analysis
Charles Clark | Prep Hoops Scout
Although he didn’t have his best shooting day from the field, he still found a way to make some plays and remained confident down the stretch. He makes plays off the dribble, understands how to create space for his shot and has impressive range on his shot.

Bell could’ve been listed with the lead guards but due to his combo guard skill set and knack for scoring the ball we listed him here. The sniper from West Carteret averaged 16 points per contest last season and carried it over into a it solid summer as well. He’s a score first guard who can get his jumper off from deep using his quick release and shifty handle while doing a solid job of getting his teammates involved as well.

Bell continued where he finished his junior season, putting the ball in the basket at a high rate. He averaged just under 25 points per game over the event and was hitting shots off the dribble and catch at a high rate. The short handed West Carteret squad didn’t finish how they wanted but expect them to be better when November rolls around.

After a solid season at West Carteret, coming into the 2nd event of the summer not many people in attendance knew who he was. Slightly undersized in terms of height he plays with a craftiness and IQ that you like to see from your lead guard. He converted on multiple tough shots from the perimeter as well as at the rim while still doing a solid job of getting his teammates touches when needed. His Morehead City Thunder squad is a fun one to watch and he should catch the eye of a few coaches as well.
