Aeyle is set up to have a big junior season at Independence, as the 6’6” mismatch forward has only continued to improve over the years and is going to be a tough matchup for anyone in their area. He’s a hybrid forward who is very strong in the paint and is willing to post smaller defenders and finishes well in the paint, he can step out and knock down shots from deep, he is very good in the midrange with the ability to run the offense from the high post, and he brings versatility on the defensive end as well.

A versatile stretch forward and reliable perimeter shot maker, he consistently spaces the floor with his ability to knock down shots from beyond the arc. He shows good footwork and a clean, repeatable release, making him a dependable offensive option. Off the catch or off the bounce, he can attack in straight lines from the perimeter and finish plays. With his combination of shooting and versatility, he presents matchup problems for opposing defenses.

Iseral must’ve been moved to a different team or missed the showcase but after watching film I have a few notes:

-Nice set of ball skills for his size and position, jumper looks fluid and consistent

-Moves well off the ball and understands how to free himself up for easy backdoor layups off of cuts without clogging the lane for his guards

-Unselfish teammate that makes the extra play, kicks out to teammates without turning the ball over

-Soft touch in the paint with the right, can score on the move or hit short touch shots that are usually difficult for any position group other than PG to send through the net
