Schwartz got better and better as the high school season progressed as he emerged as one of the better players off the bench in the Big Rivers Conference. A lanky player who can score away from the basket and in the paint, Schwartz went for 16 points and a pair of three-point baskets for New Richmond in an 80-76 loss at River Falls late in the season. Isaac averaged 6.8 points and 3.8 rebounds as a sophomore for coach Kyle Allen at New Richmond.

A promising young big man who impressed with his spin moves to the basket and with his soft shooting touch from the perimeter, Schwartz came off the bench to score 16 points for New Richmond in its loss to River Falls. He proved to be a bit of a matchup problem because of his varied scoring skills. He has a strong frame to go along with his impressive skills, and his poise and confidence in a big game stood out as well for the Tigers.
