Still a work in progress, Rommelfanger’s biggest contributions to the upstart Adams-Friendship basketball team this winter has been his intimidating presence on defense and his work on the glass. The lanky 6-foot-8 post player is still growing into his body, but he is able to prevent opponents from scoring at will in the paint due to his length and shot blocking/shot altering ability. Rommelfanger is averaging 6.1 points, 8.1 rebounds and 2.5 blocked shots for the Green Devils, who have won seven of 13 games under coach Keith Bork.
