He’s a hard worker who brings the same competitive spirit and mentality to each game and each possession. Scores at a decent rate from different spots on the floor. Mainly a slasher, but he can heat up from distance and is a kid who competes on the glass and follows up misses with extra efforts on the offensive glass. He’s the kind of player who makes you feel his energy, and he’ll outwork some more talented players.

McGaffey was Elma’s leading scorer this past year at 15.0 ppg and does most of his damage attacking the paint. He’s a pretty solid finisher at the cup but can also hit those short-to-midrange shots. He’s shown potential as a secondary playmaker with great vision and quick decision-making. He’s a decent athlete who is pretty aggressive on the glass and plays with a good blend of aggression and selflessness.

This kid plays hard and isn’t deterred by missed shots. Will give you all he has on both ends and has really stood out as a competitor this spring. Has some sneaky bounce and is aggressive attacking the rim with drives and crashing in to get on the glass. Can get going from 3-point range too.
